Shipping

Rhoan ships within the USA via USPS or UPS with insurance from Vermont. Most packages arrive in 1-2 business days on the east coast, 2-3 business days mid west, and 3-4 business days west coast. We also ship overnight, options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 12 pm (EST) Monday - Friday will ship the same day. We will ship same day Saturday if placed before 11 am. All other weekend orders will ship out the following Monday.

International Shipping - 

Rhoan ships international orders via USPS or UPS. Most packages arrive within 10 days but there can be customs delays. There are express options available at checkout. You are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. If a package is refused for non payment of fees and returned to us, you are liable for return shipping costs and any duties incurred. Rhoan is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the USA.

Lost Packages - 

Once a package is shipped with our designated mail carrier (UPS or USPS) we have little control over what happens to it. Rhoan is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. Please reach out to us if you did not receive your order as we will endeavor to help you find it or process a claim.
