For this new yarn, Wol Hide partnered with a small Peruvian organization who are implementing regenerative farming practices with smaller alpaca farmers. They’re also working toward better compensation for their growers. Disrupting the alpaca industry in Peru, this organization is focused on healing the land and building thriving agricultural communities. RAS farmers and ranchers meet animal welfare, land management, and social requirements for the Responsible Alpaca Standard certification.
