Lorilyn Patchwork Dress Navy Multi OOAK
A really joyful, voluminous dress that manages to be both cozy and breezy (caftan vibes, but make it fall). What makes this dress extra-special is that it’s made from fabrics that might have otherwise been discarded.
The top portion is made from deadstock indigo french-terry that we sourced locally in LA, and the patchwork portion is made from discarded post-consumer t-shirts. You know the kind we mean; did you run a 5k and get a t-shirt for participating? Did you get a shirt for volunteering at an event? These types of shirts are abundant and have almost no value on the secondhand market. We wanted to find a way to give some of them a second life, and, as usual, we turned to patchwork for inspiration.
